Online Coaching
A remote option when you still need a detailed biomechanical approach.
Online visits are for people who cannot attend the studio but still want structured coaching based on how their body moves. We use video, movement review and guided instruction to assess posture, gait, breathing, rotation and visible compensation patterns before building a clear training direction.
Step One
Online consultation
We review your history, goals, current symptoms, training background and what you are trying to improve before deciding if online coaching is the right fit.
Step Two
Movement review
You send clear video footage and posture photos so we can assess how your body is organising movement, loading and compensation patterns remotely.
Step Three
Guided training plan
From there, we build a structured plan with coaching feedback, exercise direction and progressions based on what your body can currently handle.
Movement Review
Online coaching starts with clear footage, not guesswork.
Because we are not in the same room, the quality of the footage matters. We use video and photos to look at posture, gait, rotation, pressure, visible compensation and how your body manages load before giving you a training direction.
What to send
Walking, jogging or running footage from front, back and both sides
Standing posture photos from front, back and side views
Any relevant movement, exercise or training videos
A clear summary of your symptoms, goals and training history
What we look for
Postural asymmetries and visible structural patterns
Gait rhythm, loading strategy and rotational control
Where compensation may be showing up through the body
What your body can safely handle before progressing complexity or load
What Is Included
Online training is still built around your body, not a generic program.
Once we understand what your body is showing through video and consultation, we build a structured plan that can be progressed over time. The aim is to give you clear direction, precise exercises and enough feedback to keep the process specific.
Customised exercise direction
Exercises are selected based on your current mechanics, restrictions, control and capacity, rather than a pre made template.
Video movement feedback
We review your movement and provide feedback so you understand what needs to change and how to approach the work.
Posture and gait homework
You may receive posture, gait, breathing, release or corrective exercises to help build better mechanics between sessions.
Progression over time
As your movement improves, we adjust the program by changing complexity, repetition or load based on how your body responds.
Who Online Visits Are For
For people who need structure, feedback and direction from a distance.
Online visits are best suited to people who are willing to film their movement clearly, follow a structured plan and send updates so the process can be refined over time.
Clients outside Melbourne
For people who cannot attend the Melbourne CBD or Surrey Hills studios but still want a biomechanics focused training process.
People with movement restrictions
For posture issues, recurring tightness, old injuries, gait problems or movement patterns that need a clearer training direction.
Self motivated clients
Best for people who can train independently between check ins and are comfortable filming exercises for feedback.
Returning or travelling clients
Useful for clients who already understand the process but need support while travelling, relocating or training away from the studio.
Work with us
Not sure if online coaching is the right fit?
If you are outside Melbourne or unable to attend in person, online visits can be a practical way to get a clearer understanding of your posture, gait and movement patterns.
The first step is to get in touch so we can understand your situation and decide whether online coaching is appropriate, or whether an in person assessment would be more suitable.
